A: Yes. KickBox Streetwear guarantees 100% authenticity. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all products offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.
 
Q: Are the product images displayed on KickBox Streetwear an accurate representation of the product?
A: Yes. All imagery is shot in-house, and is of the actual product which you will receive. We aim to provide the highest clarity we can offer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: I live in South Africa, is shipping free of charge?
A: No. KickBox Streetwear offers free delivery only for orders with a total of R4,000.00 or more to anywhere in South Africa. 
 
Q: How long does delivery of my order take?
A: Delivery times differ. Local orders to a South African physical address can take 1−4 working days to be delivered.
 
Q: How long is the handling time before my order gets shipped off?
A: Handling time is minimal on our part, which ensures rapid delivery to our customers. Orders are sent off within 1−2 days, depending on when we receive your cleared payment.
 
Q: Can I track and trace my delivery on my order?
A: Yes. A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
